Important day of surgery and international collaboration in Palma de Mallorca, where Professor Gabriele Antonini took part in an operating session dedicated to penile prosthetic implantology together with Professor Mariano Rosselló Barbará, Doctor Mariano Rosselló Gayà and Doctor Antoine Teyrouz.
The meeting represented not only a moment of high scientific and surgical value, but also the official start of a strategic collaboration between Antonini Urology and the Rosselló Medical Institute, one of the most prestigious entities in Spanish private medicine.
The agreement will involve the offices of Palma de Mallorca and Madrid and will allow the development of new clinical and care programs dedicated to patients suffering from severe erectile dysfunction and candidates for penile prosthesis implantation.
During the visit, penile prosthetic implant surgeries were performed which allowed the professionals involved to discuss the most modern techniques and the best strategies to guarantee high level functional and aesthetic results.
Particular interest aroused the mini-invasive infrapubic technique developed and perfected by Professor Antonini, a method that significantly reduces surgical times and optimizes post-operative recovery, while maintaining high standards of safety and attention to the patient.
